We dispatch your order by forwarding agent, by DPD parcel service 

Delivery by our forwarding agent

After receipt of payment to our account, your order will be forwarded to the dispatch department. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and handed over to the carrier. The carrier will call you before delivery and make an appointment with you. The delivery is insured by us. The delivery time is approx. 7 working days (dispatch and carrier)

Self collection

You can also collect the renovation steps and the required accessories yourself from our main warehouse in 45883 Gelsenkirchen. However, this is only possible with an agreed appointment, with a waiting time of approx. 45 minutes and with cash payment.

Free delivery

Deliveries in Germany are free of charge for orders over EUR 1,000.00. Samples are dispatched without postage costs. In the case of repeat orders and individual part shipments, you will be informed of the delivery costs / transport costs by phone / email.
